“Rural Refinement”

This client wanted to transform their sprawling ranch on a secluded horse property in Cherry Hills Village into a home that reminded them of a vacation in Nantucket. The central section was speedily taken apart and re-constructed with help from BOA Construction. Outside, new trim, finishes and details transformed it into a Shingle-Style house well suited to its setting. Inside, it was completely re-organized around a central stair hall with streamlined circulation and flow. The addition contains formal and informal living spaces, an elaborate, hard-working kitchen and incorporates several 2-story “volume” spaces. The new master suite and a study occupy the brand new second floor.
