“Cherry Hills Charm”

This house was dismantled then completely re-built and re-arranged from the first floor deck on up to the ridgeline by Michael Collins Fine Homebuilding, almost tripling its size to 6400 square feet. The stone and stucco exterior features custom pre-cast concrete detailing, an intriguing eyebrow dormer, French balconies and wrought iron accents. A three-sided courtyard in back, organized around the owner’s favorite locust tree, sits at the center of the house and features a lovely tower. Inside, the formal and informal rooms on the main floor are embellished with beautiful wood paneling and columns, three custom-designed fireplaces, elaborate wrought iron railings, a number of built-in bookcases, window seats and even a “secret compartment” or two. The master suite and three additional suites share the second floor.
