“Clermont Street Craftsman”

Another Park Hill project, this house had been beautifully, lovingly and almost-completely restored over the previous 17 years by its devoted owners. We, along with BOA Construction, had the distinct pleasure of helping them reach the finish line with an addition and remodel that blends with the exquisite wood trim and century-old detailing of the original. A spacious kitchen, family room and powder room occupy the main floor of the addition with a 4th bedroom added upstairs. The basement was also gutted and re-finished featuring craftsmanship that rivals or surpasses many of our favorite main floor rooms. A new back porch was inspired by the existing front porch and leads to a lovely patio and backyard landscaping by Phase One.
